WHAT IS CANVAS?

Canvas is a medium that can be made of 100% cotton of varying weights—for example, at Corner of Art, prints are made on 400-gram cotton—or a blend of polyester and cotton. Canvas fabric allows for optimal adhesion of color pigments for a vibrant result on a durable medium. Polyester and cotton canvas produces slightly more shimmering colors during printing, while 100% recycled cotton ensures a more durable medium.

Canvas adds depth to colors.

Canvas fabrics do not have reflection problems, unlike glass.

Canvas fabrics are lighter and easier to handle.

The canvas is ultra-resistant and durable, the printing is permanent.

Latest information on canvas: in English, "canvas" means precisely "cloth", but the term is now commonly used to indicate printing done on this type of material.
