Delivery Policy

1. ORDER MODIFICATION

After placing your order, you have 12 hours to cancel or make changes to your order. To do so, please use our contact form available in the "Contact" section of our website. After this period, changes or cancellations will no longer be accepted. Refunds can only be issued after we have received your order in full at our premises.

2. SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

We regularly ship products within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by a second email informing you of the shipment of your order.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

  • Towards Europe : 5 to 12 working days
  • To North America (Canada and United States) : 3 to 4 weeks
  • To other geographic areas (subject to feasibility) : 3 to 5 weeks

4. ABSENCE ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY

If you are absent on the day of delivery, your package will be left at a collection point (post office or relay point). The package will be kept for 14 days for collection by you. After this period, the package will be returned to the sender. If this happens, compensation will be requested to reship your order. If no compensation is provided, the package will be considered refused by the customer.

5. REFUSAL OF PACKAGES

You can refuse a package upon delivery if you notice an anomaly (damage, damaged package, damaged product, etc.). Photographic evidence will be required so our teams can process the replacement or reshipment of a new order.

In other cases of refusal, only a partial refund will be granted. We recommend that you accept the delivery and follow the return process if necessary.

6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

Corner of Art cannot be held responsible if the delivery address provided is incomplete or incorrect. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided at the time of ordering.
